I was making alt-f4 jokes (i.e. "Click alt+f4 to bring up super menu") which angered Demon. He then kicked me and when I joined back I argued with him that I wasn't breaking any rules, which I realize I shouldn't have done. I'm sorry for arguing with the admins and was hoping I could be unbanned.

and for your information i didnt kick you, Drummer X did and u was warned several times by him and 125 man so when 125man and Drummer X get on i will discuss this with them

i love people joking around, when they are being directed to "admins" i can only take so much. I just happen to be the one that ended up banning him. Be lucky it wasn't phydeau that was on.

I wouldnt' mind letting him back on if he keeps his act straight next time

Although I understand it doesn't matter now, I was kicked once or twice max, not five times.
I wouldn't shutup because nobody would tell me what rule I was breaking. I realize now after reading some topics here that I should have brought it to the forum instead of repeatedly asking admins.

Ok, here is my take on this (these are merely my opinions): I personally could care less about the semantics of this particular situation. However, an admin's "job" here is really a simple one if you boil it down: To keep the server user's time here as enjoyable as possible. For a "rules list" to include EVERY possible "infraction" of "preventing other users from having an enjoyable stay on our server" would be nearly impossible. With all that said, I must now state my opinions on the "NOC folks": You are a bunch of whiney little children that complain constantly like spoiled rotten brats who's parents don't give them enough hugs. Personally, I'm about sick of EVERY SINGLE MOMENT you people are on our server, you're constantly complaining about SOMETHING AT ALL TIMES! It's a game, people like you make me wish the UAM_LLAMA function worked here.

Ok, I think I've vented enough of my personal feelings towards you people. I would like to add something, however: As far as I'm concerned, there should be a standing probation period for all NOC members that frequent our servers and any complaining at all will result in a perm ban without warning. But, that's just my $0.02

personally along with you and several other of your clan members in NOC; accussing of my clan of hacking and telling others publicly in our nachos and beer server, time and time again is quite infuriating, i have noticed this over the past couple of months
personally i fail to see how we can actually hack, and beleive me, we don't otherwise i wud not be a moderator let alone be here this day if i did nor my clan members
so going round accussing and insulting us of hacking is totally idiotic and false
however, i am not without mercy if you behave in the future

Telling people - especially Admins - to press AltF4 'et all' is childish and VERY annoying, and as Phydeau said, if we had a single rule for everything you could possibly do, we'd have to write a book. It is also childish for you to think that just because what you were doing isn't in the 5-10 rules that 125 quoted to you, that you aren't really being annoying/stupid and therefore we have no right to kick you from OUR server. Our Server is not America, it is not a democrocy. It is OUR server, and we run it as we see fit and while we try our best to be nice to everybody, it is people like you doing childish and stupid things that piss us off. The fact that you have yet to even apologize in the slightest makes me wonder why the hell we're still talking about this at all.
