OK guys, I've got a bone to pick with you admins. I've seen you guys warn people over and over and over and over and over and STILL not kick the person your warning. Even spamming your warnings!
"Player, please change your name or you will be kicked.

Player, please change your name or you will be kicked.
Player, please change your name or you will be kicked.
Player, please change your name or you will be kicked."
You say it over and over like it has some magical properties if you say it multiple times, but they still won't do what you tell them to do, so why do you keep telling them to do so? Just kick them already! If I were an admin, and I know I'm not, I would give them 3 warnings. Player, please change your name or you will be kicked. Player, this is your second warning, change your name or you will be kicked. Player, ths is your third and final warning. change your name immediately or you will be kicked. Then if they still don't do it, for pete's sake, kick them!
And another thing, if they challenge an admin's authority, kick them immediately for the map. That should NEVER be tolerated.
I'm not saying you guys should rule with an iron fist hitting the smite button as fast as you can, but if you don't crack down and deal with the problems in a timely manner, people will stop respecting your authority.
