I made a mistake. I meant Elf botting or some variation of the Elf bot. Not aim bot.

I was playing that game and then I specked you after I had a couple of complaints in TS and some suspicions of my own. As soon as I came into you're vision I was hit furiously /consecutively with the mini-gun. Not just once or twice; but every time I saw you. No matter how close or how far away you were. The same thing happened to everyone else while I specked you. You killed on average 3 or 4 people, sometimes more than that, to a single death of your own. You also seemed to take a lot more damage than others could take. You weren't concerned with the objectives; just running around, shooting things up and almost never missing which is exactly what I would do if I were running a bot. In about 4 minutes you racked up 54 points without going for the objectives. Everyone you saw died until you got cross-fired by several people, and you never ran out of mini-gun ammunition no matter how long you lived; and you never quit firing the d**n thing. I know how quickly that thing runs out of ammo in that map. Happens to me all the time.

According to the statistics you had 38 frags, 41 kills, 11 deaths, and 3 suicides (all 3 of which were due to sentinels). Your efficiency with the mini-gun was 82% for that round; but your efficiency with the mini-gun over your entire history (Whirlwind player ID# 30009) is only 58.1%. I could go on listing more anomalous stats; but I think I've listed plenty.

Maybe it wasn't an aim bot. Maybe it wasn't an Elf bot. But it was a human playing with the aid of some kind of bot. I've been playing this game for 3 1/2 years and I know what to look for when I spectate. Sorry dude. You may even be a good player without the bot some day. Try that on the next server. But that crap doesn't work around here.

I am sorry that i was actually using the alt fire on the minigun instead of the regular fire and that no one on the server was able to kill me. ::) And I WAS concerned about the objectives which was at the time to defend. And if you were spectating than you would have noticed that i picked up the ammo packs and guns that were dropped when i killed someone. And the only reason my efficiency was high was because everybody was easy to kill running in straight lines and such. Oh and since u have been playing for so long you should know that dodging helps you avoid damage.

1st) The alt fire shoots at a slower rate than you were firing.

2nd) It just happened to be when you were defending that you got booted.

3rd) When I was spectating the people you were shooting were not running in a straight line; they were trying to jump/dodge to avoid you. And since I play with many of them frequently I know that many of them don't practice the "I'll just run in a straight line" method. Also I was one of them and I NEVER run in a stright line when trying to avoid bullets from an attacker.

4th) You on the other hand, while I was spectating, were not dodging. You were moving around for sure; but you were not using the double-click/dodge. If you were, then it would have been impossible to keep your crosshairs on your targets which you had no troubles doing. Once you started firing at someone they were dead quicker than would have been possible if you had been dodging and taking new aim.

5th) You didn't bother to address how it is that while your normal percentage for the mini-gun is ~52% you managed to pull off 82% for that game. Unless of course that was your comment about being sorry that no one on the server was able to kill you.

Look dude. I watched you get hit plenty and take many more bullets than others could take. I saw your stats for that round where you wasted with ease multiple players that are better than average who normally fair well in a one-on-one; not to mention the fact that you mowed them down (myself included) one after another. All you had to do was turn your attention to them for a few seconds. We all hit you plenty, and we all got wasted VERY QUICKLY as soon as you shifted targets. Your statistics show that you simply aren't that good; specifically with the mini-gun. Although to be honest; none of your stats are very impressive. ::)

Your hit percentage alone, as it stands in contrast to your hit percentage for that weapon with respect to your other 1400+ games, is the biggest hallmark that you were not playing without a bot. NOBODY improves by 30% efficiency with a mini-gun. AND you cannot find me a player who doesn't bot with an 82% efficiency using it. NO ONE. PERIOD. It's one of the hardest weapons to hit with consistently unless the target is motionless because of the spread of the bullets and the difficulty in maintaining your mark while jumping/ducking/dodging or whatever. Your targets were not motionless. Additionally the alt fire for the mini-gun is even less accurate than the primary fire, which would have made your job more difficult when targeting people rather than vehicles as the alt fire is intended for...not easier. The alt fire is slower and less accurate to compensate for the added damage of the explosive rounds.

I don't ban people for botting lightly. Botters get banned permanently; so I make sure that I'm very confident about it when I do ban someone for botting. I would, however, be very interested in hearing you explain why your percentage with that weapon jumped by 30% and why it is that noone was able to kill you. It had nothing to do with dodging and it had nothing to do with people running straight lines.

While you're at it you might try to explain why most of your recent instagib matches show playing above 80% efficiency except when you run accross another player running a bot. Once again that level of efficiency does not correspond to the efficiency of your other 1400+ games. I mean seriously, man. Do you really think that anyone NOT running a bot hits above 80% efficiency with a shock rifle in instagib?

Do you really think that anyone is stupid enough to believe that you somehow managed to improve that dramatically and that by coicidence it shows up very clearly in a game type notoriously known for being populated with botters? That's a shock rifle man! 80%+? LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

Do u have a demorec so i can see myself mowing you down? And you are an idiot if you say the alt fire is less accurate. The regular fire is the less accurate fire mode since the shot are spread out instead of being tight like the alt fire has. And i already told you about the efficiency and why i was able to kill those players so easily so im not going to explain that one again since most of your points that you make seem to be only guesses. And wow genius looking up stats that i dont even care about. ::) If i was actually trying in every game then i would have better efficiency than what i have now but i really dont care for stats. And also i am ictf player so there would be no surprise for me to have higher stats with shock rifle. ::)

What surprises me is that ive played in the Nachos&Beer server before and after the downtime and also with other UBR members and i never been called a botter. They were also better players than the ones that were on at the time of the incident. So if you actually think that i was a botter than u must be at the bottom of the barrell. I really dont care for this game that much since most of the pros have already stopped playing. I liked this server because i love C&C and to get banned for botting would have to be stupid thing to do.

You're right; the alt fire is more accurate and fires at a slower rate. What I meant to say is that it's more difficult to kill people versus vehicles due to it's slow rate of fire; my bad. I should have been more clear on that. Those sentences read poorly. My bad.

It doesn't matter that you aren't interested in the statistics. You missed the point. The point is that your recent statistics are about 30% higher with the mini-gun than are your historical statistics; and your recent shock rifle statistics are about 20% higher. As you say, you seem to play a lot of ictf, yet historically your stats don't match up with your current stats which includes every game you've ever played under this profile. Only recently have your stats shown such a huge improvement. So whatever point you were trying to make about that explaining your stats doesn't hold water. Nearly 1500 games gives a very good average, BTW.

I won't address your comments on my skills. My weapons and vehicles statistics speak for themselves. Since your stats have only shown a very recent jump then I would "guess" that you only recently started using a bot. Otherwise you would have a better historic average. That's probably why you were never accused of botting in the past.

If you don't care for this game that much then this ban shouldn't affect you so why worry about it? BTW, if you want to play some probationary rounds where I track your stats, and you are able to duplicate your recent performance with the mini-gun and also with the the shock rifle, and you can do so where it is obvious that you aren't using a bot, then I will remove the ban. We have a few instagib players that I'm sure would be happy to test your performance.
