Well most of you don't know that i have dropped out of high school and now pursuing my GED. I know some of you may say "Hey your smarter than that, go back to high school" But i made my decision, I may not be on for awhile cause i gotta go get a job (NON online).

Unless I'm mistaken, jobs almost always ask "Do you have a diploma or GED?" and don't see much distinction between the two.

Honestly as someone that's been in and out of management all his life, I can attest that not only did I view them as the same thing ... if the person got their GED at 16 or 17, I actually saw them as taking the faster path to their own success and viewed them as a bit of a "go-getter" ... and was usually correct in my assessment when hiring them. (Two of those new-hires ended up becoming my boss later down the road.)
