Hello, I'm Zanarias. I was playing on your Nachos and Juicebox Empires 2.21 server today, and someone named Irondude joined the game. The initial problems started on, I believe, Duststorm. He hijacked the CV, nothing major like driving it into the enemy base or anything, but we had to vote to kick him out of the commander seat.
However, once we reached MValley, we started running into some issues with him. He was opening up doors at the dam and allowing enemy infantry (specifically, NF infantry) right into the dam, which we promptly lost. The main issue started occurring once we were in a bind. All we had left as BE was our starting base, and a VF. Mysteriously, multiple walls continually popped up blocking the exit. Everybody suspected he was the culprit, and I eventually faked going afk so I could spectate him and get a recording of him in the act. The demo provided has proof of this (towards the end of the demo). He obviously attempts to wall off the VF, and successfully does so at one point in the demo. Please remember, this was done multiple times: our commander had to recycle the walls each time to allow vehicles to exit the VF.
After MValley ended, we began to play on District402. Irondude was located on BE, I was on NF this round. Towards the half-way point in the round, smoke began to be spammed around BE's bases, however, it was not NF infantry. Many BE players began to complain at Irondude, as he was once again griefing and attempting to block BE's line of sight and chances of winning (which he did. ) This smoke spam was definitely intentional on his part, as it was continued over a long duration. Sadly I did not think to get a demo of this as well, which was stupid on my part. However, an admin named Bill Cosplay was on (at least he said he was an admin, I have never seen him personally before), and told us he would report Irondude to Drummer or some other head admin. He could not ban him himself as Metamod and Sourcemod were taken off the server due to map changing issues.
Overall, I see that all I have is a minuscule demo of him griefing, and not too much evidence against him. I do, however, know that there are at least many people who can vouch for this post, and I will also attempt to get them to post here. The players that I know can vouch here for me, off the top of my head, would be: Silent-Assassin, cSe:Bloodlust, JPL Skuwie, Cpatton, Ion, Bill Cosplay, and of course anybody else who happened to be in the server at that time.
Again, I hope that this would be sufficient evidence to get this player banned, even if temporarily. I feel that he has only been a nuisance to the server and a bothersome character.
The Steam-ID of Irondude may have been posted in the demo. I have not had time to watch it yet, as I wanted to come here to make this thread. Hopefully one of the other people I have mentioned in this thread have his Steam-ID recorded.

Thanks for you time,
